Secondly we require completing the TASTE Special Event Vendor Notification. COMPLETION IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 1st.

This MUST be completed physically and returned to The Good Life Institute by email, fax, mail, or dropped of at the Town Office.

Once all applicable forms are completed please proceed to the Payment Options.

If required, the Permission to Use an Approved Food Establishment form is available. A physical copy will need to be returned to the Good Life Institute via email, fax, mail or dropped of at the Town Office.

If required, basic food safety training  is available for food handlers.
